Ariel's prior work experience has been with Bank of America in San Francisco and Merrill Lynch in New York, where he worked with a high net-worth, international clientele. He was also a founding partner of a financial services consultancy that designed revolutionary pension architecture.

Ariel also actively participates in a number of community and charitable activities. He is treasurer of Community Consulting Teams (an organization providing free consulting services to non-profits in the Boston area), member of the Boston Tuck Alumni Club, and Senior Warden of St. Mary's church, Newton, MA. He is fluent in Spanish and is a 2nd degree Tae Kwon Do black belt.
Sean has over 18 years of experience in pension design and administration. As a former senior vice president of the Alliance Benefit Group he was responsible for servicing and consulting to qualified Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans. Sean has been at the forefront of bringing revolutionary pension architecture to plan sponsors.
Additionally, Sean was an advisor for Benefit Funding, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory, where his primary responsibilities encompassed investment screening, selection, and monitoring for qualified plan fiduciaries and outside representatives.
Sean holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Sean holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
